This iconic International Style Denver home just hit the market for the first time in 36 years. The personal residence of architect Thomas E. Moore, it exhibits the influence that Walter Gropius, Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier, and other modernists had on most of his early designs. The home’s red brick exterior was whitewashed at some point and, while not the architect’s original intention, is in keeping with its International Style. (Moore’s 1938 Arndt House @ 3100 E Exposition still retains its unpainted brick exterior.)

In one of the photos you’ll see a bit of the wood floor that was reclaimed from the original Elitch Garden’s Trocadero Ballroom.
